Our diaper balm is formulated to heal with the tallow and non-nano zinc oxide, while also soothing a rash with tallow, coconut oil and bentonite clay. Both tallow and coconut oil are anti-fungal and anti-microbial. Tallow is also naturally water resistant so the tallow keeps moisture away from the rash.
